Initiate Request
Log in to your KidsCity.in account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful pickup.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for eligible returns.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once the item passes our warehouse inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item immediately.
